AWS Cloud Bill Share Program
The Cloud Bill Share Program, launched by CloudOps Network in collaboration with AWS Partner Organizations, is designed to simplify AWS billing relationships while rewarding both Cloud professionals and end customers.

Program Overview
The Cloud Bill Share Program creates a structured framework for Cloud professionals and Cloud Partners to manage customer billing in a compliant and value-driven manner.
By connecting customer accounts under CloudOps Network’s authorized Cloud Partners, the program enables transparent cost management, seamless account governance, and mutual benefit for all parties involved — including the end customer, Cloud professional, and AWS partner.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for participation under the Cloud Bill Share Program, the following conditions must be met:
- Regional Availability
The program is currently available for AWS accounts registered in India or the United States.
Additional regions and zones will be introduced progressively. - Account Alignment under AWS Partner Entity
Eligible customer accounts will be associated with a CloudOps Network-approved AWS partner organization, in accordance with official AWS billing and reseller guidelines. - Billing Authorization Only
Customers will only be required to provide billing authorization to enable the account association.
No access or control permissions will be requested beyond billing rights. - NDA and Contract Requirement
The end customer, or an authorized representative from the customer’s organization, must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a standard billing contract with CloudOps Network prior to activation.

- Up to 10% Monthly Bill Waiver:
Eligible customers can receive up to 10% off their monthly AWS bill, depending on account performance and partner allocation. - AWS Credits:
Customers may receive AWS promotional credits to further optimize their monthly cloud spend. - On-Demand Technical Support:
Access to dedicated technical support from CloudOps Network and AWS partner teams for proactive issue resolution and performance optimization.
For Cloud Professionals and Facilitators
- Shared Incentives:
Multi-split incentive options are available, ensuring both the facilitating professional and the end customer share the benefit of the billing waiver. - Increased Engagement & Retention:
Strengthen relationships with customers by offering cost optimization, compliance, and value-added support.
How to Enroll
- Log in to your CloudOps Network account.
- Navigate to the Programs section and select Cloud Bill Share – AWS.
- Submit the customer’s AWS account details and complete billing authorization.
- Ensure the end customer reviews and signs the NDA and billing contract.
- Once approved, the account will be linked to the designated AWS partner for billing and benefit activation.
