Program Overview

The Cloud Accelerator initiative recognizes and supports Cloud professionals driving consistent, scalable growth in cloud customer accounts. The program focuses on incentivizing both new and existing accounts that show measurable and sustained billing momentum.

Unlike one-time reward structures, the Cloud Accelerator Program emphasizes ongoing account health and growth stability, encouraging CloudOps Network partners to focus on customer retention, usage optimization, and progressive cloud expansion.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Cloud Accelerator Program, customer accounts must meet the following conditions:

1. Global Eligibility
   The program is open to all AWS customer accounts worldwide managed through CloudOps Network.
   
   
2. For New Accounts
   If the account is net new (created within the last 3 months), it must achieve a minimum monthly billing of USD 420 to qualify.
   
   
3. For Existing Accounts
   For accounts older than 3 months, eligibility requires a consistent monthly billing growth trend, maintaining at least USD 420 in monthly billing as a baseline.
   
   
4. Performance Validation
   Once an account is marked as “eligible”, it must continue to show an upward growth trend across at least two consecutive billing sessions to remain active under the program.
   
   
5. Monitoring Clause
   Accounts exhibiting decreasing billing trends for two or more consecutive billing sessions will be placed under monitoring status.
   
   
6. During monitoring, the account will not qualify for further incentives until it demonstrates a positive growth trend for two consecutive billing sessions.
   
   

How to Participate

Cloud professionals can participate in the program by enrolling eligible accounts through the CloudOps Network portal:

1. Access your CloudOps Network dashboard.
   
2. Navigate to the Programs section and select Cloud Accelerator Program
   
3. Enroll the cloud customer account that meets the eligibility criteria.
   
4. The CloudOps Network validation team will review billing trends and mark the account as “Eligible” once confirmed.
   

Accounts will be continuously monitored to ensure compliance with growth and eligibility metrics.
